Pregnancy miracle

With my son Andrew, I was told there was a very high risk of the child having Down syndrome. I was booked in for counseling, and an amniocentisis test and was given an option to terminate the baby. But I was a Christian and believed in the healing power of God.

I attended a Friday night Miracle Service at Cornerstone Church, I lifted up my hands and started to sing and I felt a hand come up and touched my stomach - I opened my eyes but no one was there. Then I realised it was the Hand of God. Four days later I received a phone call saying that my baby was fine.

At week 24, my blood pressure sky rocketed and as the baby was not getting enough food and oxygen, I immediatly had a c-section - Andrew was born - with problesms - his intestines were stuck together and needed an opeation. But after prayer and an x-ray 2 days later the doctors amazingly gave him the all clear.

God's Word says 'in times of trouble I will never leave you, nor abandon you.' I thank Him so much that He was there for me. Praise God my son pulled through - he is normal, healthy child. (Sunita and Andrew)
