Logic Lounge Psychology is a private practice with locations in North Sydney, Gordon, Pymble, and Parramatta.
Our clinics have been established to provide evidence based psychological therapy
and practical, solution-focused counselling.

Salt is a group therapy program for individuals interested in understanding how psychological therapy
and Christian beliefs based on Bible principles can be integrated.

The Salt sessions focus on the key components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and some elements of Interpersonal Therapy which are all evidence-based approaches. Evidence based means using psychological approaches that have proven to be valid, they do what they say they will do. They are also reliable, which means they consistently produce results.

When: SALT is part of the serive on the last Sunday each month
